Intelligent AI Learning Lab LLC – Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in our program, parents/guardians agree to the following:

1. Program Requirements

Students must:

• Have access to a computer or tablet

• Attend classes on time

• Participate respectfully during online sessions

2. Payment Terms

• Payment must be completed before the first class

• All payments are handled securely via Zoho Checkout

• No partial refunds once the cohort begins

3. Attendance

• If a student misses a class, no refund is provided

• A recording or makeup work may be offered when possible

4. Behavior

• We reserve the right to remove any student who is disruptive

• If removed, tuition for remaining classes is not refundable

5. Liability

Intelligent AI Learning Lab LLC is not responsible for:

• Internet outages

• Device problems

• Student misuse of AI tools

• Any third-party software issues

6. Privacy

• We do not sell or share student information with any external parties

• Class recordings (if any) will not be publicly shared
